loved the location and service, comfortable beds and very clean hotel. a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were in the king room. concierge is the best ever! ordered diner at their on-site restaurant red fin. this venue is equal to 4 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed hotel's cleanliness and comfort. Give kudos to concierge. Moreover, there was WiFi! Venue is an brilliant base for a weekend in San Francisco.

the location was great and the staff was friendly. the hotel was located near touristic places such as alcatraz island. honestly no reason to complain.

Good food in the restaurant. Tourist destinations like coit tower were near the hotel. Close to the airport, 30 min drive.

One could dine at restaurants such as brick and beam 5 minutes away. The setting was a short walk to everything we wanted to visit, like lombard street. It was definitely 4 stars for us. The hotel was near Cal 4th & King Street train station: D
